    We want to invest 1000$ per month to expand our online business about laser products. Here are some ideas:

    1 . Buy online ads;
    2 . Hire some marketers to promote it ;
    3 . Buy abandon domains;
    4 . Buy PR links;

    Which is better ? Any other suggestions?

    You should chose option 1 and 2 only.
    But pratise extra caution when chose option 2 coz some marketer is very unethical they spam people email thus creating devalued brand for you.

    I also think there is not any necessity for you to buy an abandon domain for your website.Since you have such
    large invest,you should try to find an attrctive and catchy domain name by yourself and it'll be made as your
    brand.As to ads,you can use ppc,make full use of it and then you'll soon benefit from it.Good luck.

    Thanks for reminding. We do hire some guys to do some marketing work. I will discuss this issue with them. It's not good for long-term business.

    I do have some websites with good domain. But some guy told me that they got lots of traffics from the abandon domains, so it came into my mind. We've never used PPC, and now we're considering Adwords.

    you have to try Facebook because it is the best social network.

    It has got over 300 million monthly active users which is more than any other social network at present.
    These stats are the proof for Facebook being the best social network for maximum traffic.

    You can target your desired audience by defining accurate demographics of your audience. Here you can find people of all ages. You first advertise your website on Facebook fan page for minimum rates and create your website's Facebook fan page side by side which will help you to drive Facebook traffic to your website.

    If you are really serious, the best way to go would be to hire a professional marketing company, and let them handle it (unless you consider yourself an expert).

    Maybe do a split test for $1000 first then spend more on the methods that are most successful in giving you visitors and conversions?

    Also there could be something else not on your list that could work even better - like offline promotion as an example

    There is probably no best marketing method as its different for every site niche and the internet is ever changing with time not static

    Its a real complex trial and error, monitor, assess and act process cycle that needs constant evaluation
