What is wrong with this time format?

    2007-08-22T20:23:58-09:00

By contrast, the webmaster tools example has

    2005-02-21T18:00:15+00:00

    TIA

Evera is correct, it is just the way of using a "Time Zone" I don't think Google is looking at it anyway.

I figured out what was wrong with it.. I subtracted 4 hours from my timezone instead of adding 4.

I changed it to -01:00 and it works fine now. Maybe -09:00 isn't a valid time zone and google is smart enough to realize it.
