invalid impression? Please Help me

I have big problem. my site have more invalid impression come from www.alphainventions.com/ and refzip.com/. they add my site without my permission their web directory and get more invalid impression. i try contact this site but they not response me. how i solve this problem. please expert help me.

I think that site is some sort of auto-updating in nature..
If he doent respond,contact their Domain Registrar & report about a Possible Abuse.

May be they can suspend its operation or possibly contact the owner.Try it!

But what is the problem that they are getting you impressions? I think it is good for you that you are getting traffic from them without making any effort.

 

I would second the suggestion regarding contacting domain registrar.
