"invalid credit card" description = refund??

    Hi, I'm relatively new to CJ. I started my account in dec and start making quite a number of sales in Jan.

    This morning (1 Feb) when I checked my account I got a shock because 3 of the sales that were recorded were "corrected" (commission amounts deducted). When I checked the details, the description was "invalid credit card".

    Does that mean the customers refunded or what? (Those 3 sales were made in 12 and 20 Jan respectively and they were all corrected at the same time on 1 Feb)

    They could've returned the product, or it could've been bought with a stolen credit card. Most advertisers do all of their reversals at once, usually between the 1st and 10th of the following month.
