Invalid Code and URL Validation Issues phpld directory

im found that many of my directories site have problem
when i submit a site , it say

The URL could not be validated. Either the page does not exist or the server cound not be contacted.



i dont know how to fix this issue. anybody can help here

go to seting , and link submit than turn to NO Require an url on submit form:

that's it, i read on others forum

 

Reciprocal Directories is outdated and probably be banned or get penalty by google.
