Invalid Clicks Warning, wtf? What's wrong with this site?

That is the website. These past few days, I have gotten a rather high CTR (no numbers, they hate me enough already). All of a sudden, I just got slapped with an invalid clicks email (see below.)

I have not ever bought any traffic other than purchasing advertising (links, banners, etc), and I don't see any TOS violation on that site. So what's up? Can anyone tell me, or is Google just being ***holes like always?

This could be due to click attacks, accidental clicks of your own, or rushes of traffic. There are many factors that can cause google to sense "invalid clicks", and unfortunately the only way round this is close monitoring and reporting of your stats.

I do have AdLogger installed, but it is terribly inaccurate. And yeah I did get a ton of traffic recently, but that shouldn't be a cause for alarm, honestly...

It doesn't really matter though because these past two days have just been a huge crash for my site, no idea why, but it happened to my friend's proxy too. Could that make it suspicious too?

Proxy sites and image hosting sites. How many times do I have to say it? You guys will never last with Adsense. Your entire business model is unsound. You must maintain control of your sites. The only way for your sites to work is to give away control.

What type of people use a proxy and do you want that type of traffic? You are very lucky to get a warning!

thats a standard email from google
so not fully targetted to you.. just has reasons that may be the real reasons or not you have to guess which one you violated

you also have 4 google ads on 1 page, i thought you were only allowed threelast time i looked.
also i thought you wernt allowed adsense on proxies?

That probably won't help your case. G does monitor these forums.

From this and other postings, it does seem that G has a problem with sites like these. I wonder why they don't just outright prohibit them instead of waiting to ban them later on.

Text link units don't count. And AdSense is allowed on the homepage.

I hate anonymous proxies. 100% of the Nigerian 419 scammers I get come from services like this and not to mention the scrapers that hide behind them.

I just wonder how G let you have their ads on site like yours. Where is the (good quality) content?

    Hi,

I have few jealous frnds who wanna get me banned from adsense. They sent me an offline message warning me. Now what am I supposed to do. Just worried. I have written an email to adsense support to let them know abt the situation.

    Please suggest me.

Believe me, I have a LOT more content than a lot of other proxies out there.

I guess the "quality content" is the service I provide.

Chatmasta, from where are those threats coming from? You should forward those messages to Google. In any case (I am not trying to be pessimistic) you know how Google feels about proxy sites.

Of course. I just wanted to make sure my site was fine.

My friend who also runs a proxy has gotten a few of this emails, but really not much action was taken, other than when they removed $11 that WAS invalid clicks. Proxies do get rather high CTR, so that could be cause for their suspicions.

How were you so definite that that $11 was invalid clicks?

    Hi Mates,

I got banned :( I wrote to them earlier that someone was trying to get me banned. They told me to submit the logs of invalid clicks, I did that earlier. But then after 8 hours I received an email that said "ALL OVER"

    I am so sad..

    Regards,
    Ajeet
