We have been with Yahoo Search Marketing since 1999 when it was GoTo, then Overture, then Yahoo and have never had to register a complaint- Not once... never even had to contact customer service. Then on 12/31/08, our account was depleted within a few hours with 1,315 clicks on one keyword. This keyword received 10 (TEN) clicks at the most in a MONTH in the past four years. Yahoo shows these clicks as "Invalid" in the reports, yet we were still charged for the clicks which depleted our account. We have attempted to contact customer support with no response. Can anyone give some insight as to how Yahoo deals with this tupe of situation? Thank you in advance for any help!
