If you follow the link below you will see that Google tells you that it's fine, and they understand if you accidentally click on your own ads, and that there is no need to contact them. Is that true? I see a lot of people getting banned these days for minor things, and I do not want to be one of them... Should I contact them even though it says this?

    Thanks! :D

    Yes, I'd contact them.

This has been brought up MANY MANY MANY times.

If you did it once, don't worry about it...just don't do it again.

    I'll give you some help...

YES, you can get banned for excessive invalid clicks with no explanation.

NO, you can't get banned for invalid clicks if you have properly contacted them and told them what happened.

Use this link to tell them you've had an invalid click: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?ctx=cuffhelp

I have tried contacting them (forgot to say that), and still no reply. It's been a week now. And sorry that I posted it again, should have known it's been brought up so many times ;)

Forgot to add this... When you send them a message from the link I have above, I have always received what I think is an automated message within the 24 hours of submission. This is what the email look like:

It's okay, thanks. There are always alternatives if I do get banned.
