Invalid Adsense Clicks?

I have just put adsense on one of my sites. This is a highly focused engineering group that attracts a steady group of users. I haven't earned much from clicks +- $1.00 a day but I guess is mostly from the same group of people. How would google classify invalid links? If they are invalid links would they at a certain stage inform me or just not credit my account. Does anyone has experience on this?

invalid clicks are not counted as earnings more so frequent registration of invalid clicks will cause your accounted to get banned

 

Google are paranoid over invalid clicks, as long as they come from natural sources and you dont click any of them, you should be fine.
