Introduction + First purchase + Worried!!!

    Hi all I'm new to this forum..

    I purchased a license for VBulletin from a Trader on this forum, payment through Paypal was confirmed received by seller and I was supposed to receive an email with the appropriate info within 1 hour after payment. Almost 4 hours passed by now and nothing... Seller said he would send email again 2 hours ago but NO news, no more PM replies either....Tried to send email through PM, got error email saying Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender.

    Was I just scammed??????
    What could I do about it??
