Introduction and looking for webmaster

My name is Michael Rogers. I am a meteorologist and a professional truck driver and this is my first time on this site. I am looking for assistance, help, a webmaster to help me make an idea turn into something special and make money at it. My site is www.michaelrogersweather.com and I post everything on word press. But I drive a truck and I am so tired during the evenings I can't keep up with it. Nor take the time to market it but the site has promise and the idea is great.
