How long does it take oron support to contact you,my account has been hacked and someone has requested payment with alertpay and i dont have a alertpay account,Sent them an email this morning and got nothing yet,the upshot is the payment has not gone through yet and hoping it takes them days to pay so i can resolve this matter,am getting worried i might lose my hard earned cash because sometime oron pays straight away sometimes they dont,also my password was really hard to crack and it seems so easy for people if they get in your account to change the payment details even though i have used the same email address for months when requesting payment,there should be some prevention for you to authorise that you are the owner of an oron account when changing payment details.Is there any other way of contacting oron apart from email support or contact form.

 

oh man.. that sucks... support usually answers within 24 hours... in my experience payment usually happens around mondays regardless of when you hit payout... please give us feedback what happens with your account, if support was able to help you out...

Regarding my problem with hacked account,support help me on sunday and was real quick,payment did not go through for the person who hacked my account and luckily they did not try to change password or anything else,for those who get there account hacked check the payment email the hacker changed to and send that to support,always change password regularly good strong passwords that you dont use on other filehost mail accounts or anything else that you need a password for,not easy ones like wife,husband,partner pets names etc and have a good antivirus program on your computer to check for keylogger,trojans,etc and if you can use the Allow access only from IPs: sadly i cant because my ip uses a dynamic ip,I cannot praise the support enough with there prompt response and am more aware and vigilant know,i was one of those people who thoght it would not happen to me but it has and my best advice to everyone would be to follow my tips and if in doubt send a pm to support they are there to help.

70/30 is great solution for first 1-2-3months after that is best to switch to 55/55
