When i have new sale or renewal i get normal amount (13.13$ or 12.93$ depending on EUR/$ relation) but when i have rebill i get only 9.95$ (5.47$)

because you did sell that account for 9.95 , you will get your new Rebills (the sales you did after eu change) for 12.93
