here is how, for example i got 1000/200 when i go to /?op=my_stats and when i go to ?op=my_files beside each file is number of how many times is that file downloaded, and when i sum all ow that downloads, that number is bigger (for example 1500) then it is in my main statistics. i hope you understand me

Extra premium only statistics in your acc, for each file, go back 14 days - not all the way to day one. Click on any files' statistics, if you are premium, and this will be written on top.

i was on oron just a couple days, so that thing with 14 doesn't affect me

 

Right now i did the math again, I'm on oron since 2011-02-20, and in my statistic I've got 1627 / 693 downloads, or when is sum 2320, but when o sum all downloads in my files i get number 3314!!! that is exactly 30% of my downloads that is not counted!!! And i still didn't get answer from support!

 

I'm not sure if I'm getting it. How are they 'not counted' if they are present in your account and you can see them?
You are on PPD, right? Maybe the second number (premium downloads) is not counted all. Perhaps they ONLY show us all the premium downloads i.e. 10 premiums download 100 files = 100 downloads, but only 1 premium download is worth per 24 hours on PPD per premium user = only 10 counted. This does look weird otherwise.

 

I've explained in post before, in my statistic is official statistic and there beside is my money, but when i go to my files, i also see for every file separate how many times is that file downloaded, i hope you understand this. these 2 categories should be the same, because every file is counted no matter from what country is downloaded.

I was not aware of this, i couldn't read this anywhere.

I also talked just now with my friend who also get similar numbers, he has 30% less downloads in my statistic then in my files
