Oron.com neither sanctions nor permits site content or the transmission of data that contains illegal or obscene material and pornography or fosters or promotes illegal activity, including but not limited to, gambling, the offering for sale of illegal weapons, and the promotion or publication of any material that may violate hate crimes legislation.

Oron.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account or transmission that violates this policy, without prior notice.

Further, should Customer violate this policy, Oron.com will actively assist and cooperate with law enforcement agencies and government authorities in collecting and tendering information about Customer, Customer's site, the illegal or obscene content, and those persons that may have inappropriately accessed, acquired, or used the illegal or obscene content.

 

You are right friend in quoting this clause from their TOS. This is the very clause which is giving rise to a paradox. As is quite evident by the kind of content available on web through ORON links that it is the host which is mostly used by uploaders to upload porn or XXX material but on the other hand they are so strict regarding such content. So, how come these numerous accounts surviving and receiving payments for their, as per ORON TOS, illegal content. This exactly the reason why I am asking for an official statement so that the matter is settled once and for all, not only for me but a lot many other users too.

Interesting, has oron bought pornbb? I wonder if they let me post my links there now cause 6 months ago i was banned because i was posting oron links lol.

I like oron, i think they are legit and fair for both uploaders who actually spend a lot of time to get their stuff up and post it etc. And also oron prevents pirates who pirate on other pirates, yeah you heard me I don't want my stuff that i've personally paid to get access to getting leeched by someone else with remote upload and have some bot auto post my stuff on filesonic links instead.

Keep it up oron, the only request i would have for you guys is to maybe listen more to your uploaders and introduce some simple features, i've requested many through the "support@oron.com" but i always get a short answer "That is not possible" or something.

Anyway keep it up, interesting to see what happens in the future, i'm getting 500$ payment today 8)

the payment will always be made as fast as possible.Though the maximum timespan is 7 days it will usually paid within 3 days.

I said this many times in this thread: we have binding Terms of Service.
You can read them here: http://oron.com/tos.html.
You have to understand that you are accepting them for example every time you are uploading something and checking the little square at the upload section.
What the consequences may be if you violate them is also viewable at the
ToS. Please take this seriously. We have to trust you that you obey them at 100% since the files you are uploading are your private data and thus under your control at first place as well as your legally relevant actions.
This is all I will say regarding this topic.

 

Yes, ORON does support that. If you have problems with the remote upload please contact the direct technical ORON support.
