i earn $100 a week before but now my earnings suddenly dropped...

axell, right now you are the only one complaining about ftp. look for the problem on your side. Are you premium? User/pass ok? Your ISP isn't blocking it?

I switched to pay-per-download at 100% Level because i am getting a large number of downloads these past few days. I'm also getting a lot of sales, in-fact, i got 7 sales yesterday, 5 1-month at 2 3-months,. But Unfortunately, my account Level decreases. is it because i haven't earned from sales?

Switching between PPD and PPS all the time will only hurt you. Pick a plan and stick with it. You are concentrating on the wrong thing here mhelz.
You need to be thinking about your TRAFFIC and not the programs and why you haven't got many sales. The answer is simple, you ain't got that much quality traffic, work on that and sales will follow.
