i think oron change rules as of now for reviewing and start eliminating account who is deserve to remain in their bussiness partner , ofcourse they will choose top earner in bussiness partner . let's pray that our account don't ban for small earner. . .

i am new to oron and i have already uploaded a number of files to oron, but not yet published. Should i stop this 'business' now?

Another thing is , i'm not fluent in English i don't very much understand what you guys are saying.
i want to know what it means by 'warez' and

Did anyone get paid after the megaupload scandal? I did not ask for pay yet but I had $1000usd for this month...Did anyone contact ORON administration yet?

i got paid yesterday, but today affiliate program is suspended! i dont upload warez btw.

 

let's wait team mates don't panic unless your account has been ban . this is only short time hold earning afterwards reviewing our account $$$ come in our future ! !

 

Oron is really dead?

On their website i still can:

-Uploads (still faster speed)
-Downloads (still faster speed)

and i cannot:

-to delete my files
-no more earnings

It's really the end like Filesonic and others?

Nobody really knows about it, but IMHO if they wanted to maximize profit they would'nt have paid us yesterday.
That's what they did with me only 24hours after requesting payment and it does not match with the "take the money and run" attitude.

Everyone is speculating on what's next but ATM it's pointless.
All we can say is that unlike others, Oron did not just shut doors without any explanation.
If they really "review users accounts" there might be 3 possibilities :

1. They close all accounts who ever got a DMCA, that is probably 95% of all users (almost impossible to not receive a single DMCA when you share files). If that's the point, then they should simply close oron and they would have no reason to pay us. But still, this is a possible outcome.

2. They close all account that got a certain % of DMCA. The only question is which % ? Is this gonna be 1/1000, 1/100, 5/100 ?
Could very well be this kind of measure IMO, but I wouldn't bet on this one.

3. They only close accounts of users who shared warez and/or hollywood movies and/or music, since they consider pr0n isn't a major issue regarding SOPA/PIPA. This could be the reason why they disabled the delete function.
I would rather bet on this outcome.

Pr0n ? Warez ? Music ? Hollywood movies ?

 

Oron is our last hope.I have not received any dmca complain in last month.I don't remember exactly but i have less than 15 dmca complains in last year.I do not upload warez or movies.What about you guys.How many dmca complains do you have?

 

i can delete my files with no problem. i have 0 dmca complaint! but am not given affiliate option.

still waiting for a reply from them in ICQ
