what do you mean? why would he post your content and what would he gain out of it? site sales? like filestube and other search engines which index links? or do you mean leeching your content and using the quote button then just changing your links to his?

 

He is taking my files that I post, downloading them and then uploading them to his Oron account and posting the links in the same damn thread I post in. And it is not just my videos, but the videos that other posters have produced and posted in that thread as well.

So yes, leeching.

When you say "my original content" do you mean something you've made yourself or something you have leeched of an "original paysite"

ohh! Someone did that to one of my posts too. It was some DF uploader. It happened in pbb, maybe Im gonna report him now. I think that is legal bro. Depends on the forum on which you are posting in. I think it is called "thread hijacking". But If he makes his own thread with his own unique post (screenshot, download links, text) even if the content was leeched from you, it isn't against the rules since nothing after all in the internet is unique hope you follow me. Good luck with that man!

 

It's not thread hijacking.

I created a video that was recorded from a streaming webcam site. I then edited it, encoded and posted it. So in a sense it is my own unique content (or at least the video is my own unique video) as no one else can reproduce the same video, but the content could be similar if they were recording at the same time.

Unique to me is something that can't be simply downloaded, uploaded and a screenshot made and BOOM! you're done. My content takes countless hours of time to do on a daily basis.

If they don't want to take the time to make their own videos and just want to leech off of someone else's videos then they should be banned IMHO.

When you are new to Oron and think you can bring in sales, then 70/30 is the best method!
Choosing 55/55 is pretty dumb when you are new here, since you can't have rebills (renewals are rare)

 

how about purely pay per download? do you think it's real shit?

My question had nothing to do with copyright. There is a difference between a copyright claim and asking for advice on possibly dealing with a post thief. If someone took the unique content you post and then re-posted it in the same place would you not want to put a stop to that?

 

no you don`t have right becouse you are not the owner.. if others think like you what about big forums for exam pornbb people repost all the time so if admin think like you he have to delete everything if you are not the owner you don`t have rights to request something like that.. if you have problem like that.. you have to talk with admin of the site where you post and request from him to delete his topic or etc but to ask from oron it`s stupid... so if you post something everyone have right to download and everyone have right to repost it.. this is life friend.. if you don`t want someone to repost keep for you your file on your computer and don`t share.... do you understand or what ? so for example if i post first one movie in someforums and after that 100 people post same movie like me this mean i have to cry like you and ask oron to delete same file from all users omg ...
