I'm sure you have just restricted the access to your account via one IP.
Just ask the support to reset your IP restriction.

really strange... oron support reset my account, I log in my account and see... payment ID Was changed, money requested and approved, and for about 3 mins one more time blocked ;/

It sounds like someone has hacked your account,
change your password and limit the access to your account via your IP.

 

Now password changed, IP added only mine, also someone changed my plan from 55/55 to ppd

 

You can change your plan once a week, or try to ask the support to change it for you if you didn't change it.

 

I know, and I write mail to support about removed payment, and changed payment details/profit mode...
