As I said before when a user is surprised by the limit, they usually contact out customer support and we always reset it early giving them time to adjust and learn about how it works. We are very open and our policy it to be as helpful as we can be. In the end it really comes down to a quality of the uploaded material, if a user has to have it, he'll get a Premium no matter what and we always will be there to assist or to extend courtesy if needed.
Limiting users to 5GB per day is not a good option because many want to download something big and do it right away. The complaint rate about our limit is less than one tenth of 1 percent of our active customer base. So you guys don't really need to obsess about the limit. Mostly it is beneficial for you.

65% rate is available to any webmaster who makes about 1000$ per day.

I will forward your suggestions to our senior management and security team for further consideration.

Hey guys.
Blank ref happens if a sale was a "bookmark" as I call it. Someone had your cookie and just came back and bought a premium. Also sometimes ref is lost due to ISP/firewalls/servers setup different people have. I wouldn't obsess about it as well, money - that's what's important.

About the websites for the extra 5%. Right now you can add one site per account and we're looking into allowing more. But, you can always get another ORON account and add your second site there. Just make sure you're not your own referral.

There is no minimum file size to earn reward. Registered users can upload upto 1 gig and Premium users upto 2 gigs.

 

My friend who is under my referal - owns about 5 sites which may sell accounts through, will he need 5 accounts? as youonly allow one site per account :/

 

You are correct. There is no minimum file size.

At this time yes, your friend jimbo-53 will have to get 5 accounts.
As I said earlier we are looking into altering our system to allow to add more websites per account.

And another little question. I started using Oron 2 weeks ago. I just have 4 sales till now.

Till now, everytime i had a sale at the next day my Status raised to 100%. But yesterday I was in 20%, had a $9,95 sale and today my status just raised to 30% (10%+).

It's this normal?. Im going to need like 7 sales every day to keep at least 90 to 100% ??-

fama10 - I understand you - ive never noticed tbh... but it could be right - rank goes off your ratio off account sales / 1000 downloads. I only use pay per download - as I like the renewals

 

Why the direct download of any link is not enabled for Premium users? Why do I have to directed to the download button page instead of downloading directly.

For exmple, I used Internet download manager to download the files because I don't want to spend the whole day downloading 20 links by going to web page that will direct me to another one and I have to click download which will create for me a link that is valid for 8 hours only !!!!

Also, size of downloading is only 15 GB per day or 3 days which is not enough, why not 30 GB?

As down loader, I love Rapidshare, Megaupload, hotfile and Sharingmatrix (not the filesonic now), they easy to deal with, and downloading is saving our times where we can just import the links to be downloaded as we are premium users and come at the end of the day to see our files downloaded already ..

You need to enable direct downloading for premium and increase the daily size ...

I think i am out of oron once my subscription is over after few months

 

About the rate on pay per download profit mode.
Your account level (rate that shows how much you are being paid for 1000k downloads) depends entirely on how many premium sales your traffic produces. If you have sales rate grows, if you don't have sales or have bad ratio it falls down. Level/Rate is being recalculated every 24 hours based on the ratio for last 3 days.

Renewals (rebills) only work if you are on the partnership mode.

You have to analyze your traffic very carefully to determine the best profit mode, or just try each for a week and see which makes you most money.

To answer EcoScope, it's just how it works. Recently we upped the DL Limit and link expiration time is now 8 hours. So now you can schedule downloads more freely.
I will however make sure that your suggestions are shown to our senior management for consideration.

 

any chance of increasing the storage limit for free users? im filling up 250GB too quickly.
