Well, I bought a review copy and had the results a couple of days (waited to review to see if any results happened). For a 2 word term that I had been stuck at no. 16 for (a term with 13.7 million results in google.com) I've moved upto no. 6. Hopefully it'll skip up a little more when the links become entrenched.
