like that we can add more servers in a short time, and pay members in the time.
Some web sites give high rates to attract members, then start decreasing rates or bans members when they request a payment with an important amount

Is the OTHER group contain rest of the countries like India, China etc ?

Nice rates for other countries, It would be nicer if you reduce minimum payout amount to $10 for starting periods to get more & more uploaders.
