    Hi guys,

I've created this website about 2 years ago, and we have decided to enhance and add more features and do a facelift.

I was wondering if you guys can review the site and functions and maybe suggest some features that could help the site be better and much more user friendly.

We had a forum for the site, but due to me not having time to manage the forum, it quickly became a porn link forum, and I was forced to take down the forum. I'm busy updating the forum so that it will authenticate new users with a captcha image etc.etc.

    Thanks

This isn't a feature but you could change the text on your page so it appears black instead of grey. Also the page appears to me to be alligned to the left causing it to look crowded, you could center the site a little bit better to fit the screen better. For features you could include an actual list of exercises and an explanation of how to do them properly, mabey have some pictures to illustrate. Include tips to stay on track with the plan.
-Other than these suggestions the site has a decent ammount of information to rely upon, and has well thought out content, the site is good, but I would suggest using a more colorful design with the website to make it more attractive.

    Hi Jackle,

I must say that I do agree with all of the above, especially the fact that the site looks cramped into the left hand side of the screen.

Thanks for the review and suggestions.

The page is aligned left for me also - not a good look - plus way too much adsense for my taste

    Hello Arnek

I had a chance to go through your site as requested.

    My Thoughts

    Logo & Header
I think that your logo & header could use some touch up. Plus the tag line could reflect better what your site is about.

    Template
Your template seems light... I would recommend it be bold considering the information you are trying to portray and share.

    Navigations
My thoughts are that it would be good to use these images as navigation buttons for your site. Than you can reduce the amount of links on the left... by making them submenus only.

I tried all the links in 3 different browsers. Most work except the forum link.

    About Us Link
I think this link should be near the top of all the other links.

    Forum
    This link is dead.

    Contact Us page
I would recommend captcha for this page for security purposes.

    Conclusion
Overall... it is an excellent site with great content. I think that it deserves the suggested touchups to further its marketability.

This review was done with 3 web browsers (FireFox 2.0.0.9, Internet Explorer 6.02 & Opera 9.24) on Windows XP SP2.

I do hope this was helpful.
    Respectfully,
    Lhlalyam

    Wow, Lhlalyam,Swedal, Arnolen

Thanks for the suggestions, very constructive and I agree with all said.

We've decided to redo the whole template, and make it more WEB 2.0-ish, and for the adsense, we intend to replace some adsense with banners and when no advertisers just show one of the adsense banners.

The forum link is dead as we left the forum unattended(which we regret due to getting busy with our fulltime jobs) as we got very busy, and then the forum was bombarded with spam/porn link etc. so we are reloooking the whole strategy and using features as captchas.
