Can someone help a noobie out? Using intitle:"keyword", I'm ranked on page 1 position #1 and #2 for a couple of ezine articles I wrote, but without the intitle:"keyword" i'm not showing up on the first 6 pages. With the intitle:"keyword", there are 12,100 pages (im 1 and 2)--without the intitle:"keyword", there are 701,000 searches. I would like to be on page 1 without the intitle:"keyword"..what can I do to achieve this?
The pages showing up after yours are outranking your website for that keyword phrase... Even though your the only website with the keywords in title it looks like.
Thizzle that's true--they are outranking me for those keywords, but why am I #1 and #2 when I use intitle:"keyword"?
Hmm.. interesting but if john doe goes to google and type in my exact keyword ( longtail 3 words) my page does not show up. Why would other pages out rank me if they don't have those keywords in their titles?
There are hundreds of factors the search engines are using when ranking pages, the titles are just one them. The main factors are content and inbound links.
It is very important to give keyword to find anything on the website. With the help of keyword there are lots of inbound links shown on to the browser. The right keyword will help u to getting the answer related questions.
