Intestial ads on adbrite

    I am using adbrite.

They state that intestial adds are very high paying and users should have the on their sites. But to me it all sounded very confusing and very similar to pop-ups.

So are "intestial ads" just a fancy name for pop-ups?

And should I place them on my blog?

They're more like "in-line" popups. It's not a new window that opens, but a javascript that opens up the advertisement page in a frame-ish thing on your site. They pay about a penny a view...
Here is a demo of what the ad looks like: "www.adbrite.com/mb/intermission-sample-frames-screensaver-efax.html"

i think the term is interstitial, not insestual, or intestinal, or intestial - and Ninespoons already posted a link that shows you exactly what they are..

I just started using Adbrite again and didnt really know what they were either - i thought it was a pop-under - but after seeing that demo, i think those things would drive users away faster than the plague..
