not only questions, but some big companies give you brain logic puzzles. I was interviewed for microsoft, and they gave a bunch of intensive brain excercises nad you had to explain your thought rationale.
Well, besides asking you questions, it is your body language that they will check while you say something.If you project your self confidenly, you can almost get the job. But if you are trying to say some big stuff but in an unconfidential manner, that its the end of the show. I hope you understood my point.
