As for your lifestyle - you have found what you enjoy doing and what makes you happy, you are streets ahead of a lot of people in this regard.

As evidenced by the way people respond to your personality online, you would be inundated with friends if you did step out of the house and meet people.

On the female front, forget all the stuff people talk about getting a girlfriend. I think you'll find girls are just the same as guys, they either interest you as a friend (online or off) or they don't. People with similar personalities and interests... male or female make good friends - other people will probably bore you to tears.
