Interstitial CPM ad network?

    Hey all,
    I'm looking for a CPM ad network that accepts proxies, ads for proxified pages.
    And I was just wondering if any DP members had any suggestions.
    Right now, I'm just using interstitial ads from adbrite, and adversal pops.
    Adbrite interstitials aren't even giving me a 0.1% fill rate, so I was looking for something better.. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    But if anyone has any paying better than $3,50 CPM, please let me know!

    Well, through the one I have in my sig :p I've earned more in an hour than 3 days with Adbrite.
    Since its in German it might be difficult for you to understand, if anyone needs help with that just shoot me a PM and I'll help you get started :)
