Internet troll posting porn to a minor audience

Got a problem with a particular user. For a while now, he has trolled the forum, and we've done our best to stop him. But today, he posted hardcore pornography to an audience primarily of minors. He would have aware of the fact the audience would be underage.

I've recorded his IP, and he lives in the UK as do I. His IP seems to have a customer reference in it, and I know he doesn't use a proxy server.

My question is, with the seriousness of it, is this the kinda crime that will get overseen by his ISP? I've emailed them, and don't expect a reply soon, but I was wondering what people's expectations of the ISP will be?

they'll probably ignore it unless he's persistant about it

He's a troll. What do you expect?

Indeed he is an Internet troll, but the effort required for me to report him is very minimal, and there is an element of pleasure gained for me.

If my community just took my advice and not to respond to his bait, then it wouldn't be so bad, but they fall for it every time.

If he lives near you, you could always pay him a "nice" visit.
