Internet Site, Need to LLC/INC

    If you are going to start a site such as an article directory, or something along those lines would it be a good idea to start an LLC or INC...

    or is this overkill...

    any help would be great...

    It's never overkill to properly form a company via an LLC or incorporation. Doing business without one is foolish.
