I'm looking for a person who has the ability to both take charge of the Internet Radio station, DJ's, Shows, Schedules, Advertisements etc and help ensure the station has a bright and long lasting future. The position is NOT paid, however you will be given a percentage (40 - 50%) of the money raised by selling advertisements both on the station live and on the website. The role of the station manager is: + Ensure schedule is running smoothly and on time. + Ensure new DJ's are sought after. + Ensure the community is active. You will basically be running the whole radio station as if it was your own. I will be focusing on the financial side of the website including marketing the station. The position will become paid once we are fully established and have a small profit. You can sell advertisements on any forums, websites etc for both online radio advertising and website advertisements and every advertiser you pull in you will receive 40 to 50% of the advertisements fee. The other 50 - 60% will go back in to the website.
