Internet Phenomenon: Email time machine.

TimeMachiner.com is a unique site concept that allows you to email yourself, and other people, in the future. Custom design and custom coded, users enter a destination email address, a subject, a time in the future and a message. That message is then stored on the server and sent out to the email specified on the date chosen by the user.

People have been using this in loads of different ways.
- Guessing where they will be at a time in the future.
- Contacting loved ones.
- Sending messages from the dead.
- A simple reminder service.
- Important even reminders.
- Birthday wishes.

After the sites launch it gained traction very quickly. Currently averaging over 15,000 unique visits per day.

There is definitely a market there. This simple concept could be easily evolved and moved over to a few different platforms. SMS, twitter etc. Opening up new revenue models.

Currently i haven't tried to monazite the traffic with the amount of traffic the site is getting it will be easy to turn it into a profitable business.

No right now it's making no money. That's only because i haven't tried to monetize the traffic that it's getting. I'm sure someone could turn it into a money spinner with minimal effort.

 

You should probably mention that the site is listed on SP as well. That way, your not getting bids on two forums.
