Internet - Mind of its' own?

    My internet is messed up and happens quite a lot.

    MSN messenger - works
    Limewire - works
    Poker rooms - works (browser based doesn't)
    DP - works (yay!)
    Hotmail - works (yay!)
    Any other web site - doesn't work

    If I wasn't already on DP, it would not work.

    What the heck is wrong with the internet?
