Hi Nobody has mentioned things like traffic exchanges or Free traffic bar etc. The conversion rate is very low, but you can join most of them for free. The downside is you have to spend time surfing other people's sites to get your's shown. Free traffic bar is an exception as it is surfed automatically as you go about your normal business. Dave
I did not see article submission. With article submission, you get quality backlinks to boost SERPs and direct visits from visitors who read the articles. It is one of the quickest ways to generate traffic, no matter what niche you are into. If you cannot write the articles yourself, you can outsource on various job boards.
I;m very agree with you. Marketing should cover finding the subjects/niches that need to be advertised? Shouldn't the marketeers do all the research part, and if a marketing campaign it's set up good, then any 'average' advertisers team can bring you the 'success'?? I guess that anyone know that we need to write articles, write mails, testimonials, submit to directories...but for what? another mesothelioma site.. or like some folks/clients of mine.. requiring top ten for 'web design' or 'free mp3' So, where are the marketeers????? Where are the marketing strategies? How to chose your market?? and so on..
