Welcome to my sales page. I am selling the forum: Gray Hat World. I have been too busy to maintain the forum so traffic has been down, but when I was using my private method to advertise it for free, I was generating and auto pilot method.

I am currently accepting offers for just the forum (databases and no domain), or the whole deal (domain and content, etc). I will include my method that I used to generate my traffic. Here's some screenshots from Adbrite.



Take a look at March 2010. I was promoting it with my method. Doing about 2 hours per month with my method. Very easy. Then I got busy with other things and forgot about the forum and it slowly died. However, please pay attention to the total clicks and impressions. The impressions almost reached one million. However, I changed to Adsense in mid July. Didn't really do much work after that. But if I was using my method while I had Adsense, I could have Generated over $1000 in about 6 months. My site targets high paying search keywords so there are always high paying ads listed.

So Lets say I could have made $800 in 6 months. Experts say a site is worth 8 to 12 months of its revenue. I think my site should be set with a BIN as $950. This is negotiable.

The site does have a cheap landing page for 1 reason. It is because my hosting is set up with GrayHatWorld.com as the main domain and if I want to transfer the domain, I had to move it to a directory, so I did. Plus I did not remove it from my main domain to an addon domain yet because I didn't sell it yet. Anyways, basically the landing page is just their so I can sell the site. Once you sell it, you don't have to have the landing page. I know it is confusing but what I am trying to say is; don't let the landing page turn you off.

Your forum is 100% dead. I see that the only recent posts are by you. Other than that each section averages at about 4 months to the last post and very slow at that time. With fewer posts than members I can assume that many members were spam accounts that you had to moderate their posts out, making revitalization of this forum very unlikely. Considering that the forum IS dead (and I mean DEAD) and you did not actually use the "method" to achieve those earnings. I would value the forum WITH domain and everything included at about $30-40. I am not trying to be a douche or anything, just being realistic.

No one will pay the asking price, however I will put in a serious offer at $45 (for domain, database, help in transferring everything, and all other services and items necessary to relocate this site in entirety to my posession and server). If you are really looking to sell, then let me know. If not, good luck with the sale (srs).
