Internet Marketing Membership Site - Very Little Work, Over $1000/MO since January,06

This was a site I started as the "baby brother" to another site I run.

The original site had a membership cap which was quickly filled. This site had been created as the baby brother to offer a similar offering but lower pricing.


The site provides digital resale rights products, master resale rights products and Private Label Rights.

Let me tell you a bit about the site.
I run a variety of large Internet Marketing sites. This one was the baby brother to the larger site as noted above. Both sites were running VisionGate Portal Software since day 1.

The cost the VisionGate Membership (VG) software cost $100 a month. In December, VG started to have serious problems, hosting issues, ect ect! Things went down hill very quickly. I lost many members and had to make some drastic changes.

I had to move the sites to my own dedicated server at the cost of $360 a month and I created my own membership system using an aMember.com License $139.99 and e107 (open source) Quite frankly, the new system is flawless.

We currently have 72 paying members who are all at different rates. This is because I ran various specials here and there. At the peak we have 212 members of the site. These #'s could be easily maintained again.

As stated, we've retained these 72 members for over a year. Many members were lost with the problems but all have been solved. Current member income is exactly $948.11 with three members whom I still need to investigate the payment history.


The costs to operate the site are very minimal. The details of the products will be explained in PM only but all are new/purchased products with the legal rights to provide them.

I am willing to help the transition of a new buyer and maintain the hosting costs on my dedicated server for up to 1 year. This should be enough time for the buyer to raise the site to higher membership levels.

As for the free hosting bonus to members, this will also be maintained for a year or longer. I'm really fair.

Who is this site for?
Somebody who knows a bit about Internet Marketing/Adwords etc who can go out there and get more members. If you retain what we have you can make $1000 a month easily.

That all being said we all know paypal subscriptions can't be transferred anyone who tells you differently is quite frankly, trying to pull a fast one.

We can discuss ways to accomplish this.

The site still gets steady traffic and the occasional new member. I don't promote at all. Not one dime and you could do very well with the proper adwords/cpc advertising in place.

I feel what I am asking as the BIN is a total bargain. Again, I'm an Internet Marketer and run other membership sites that do very well.

If all goes well and you can bring in new members and keep the existing ones happy, this is 1k+ a month to be made on a few minutes of work per day.

STATS
As I said, we moved servers to my dedicated but I may be able to access the old server for traffic stats.

I can provide every possible single proof of payment from every user since last April at least but will take me some time to prepare.
