InfoSec Institute is one of the top information security training providers, having regular contracts with US government organizations such as the US Army, CIA, NSA and Los Alamos National Laboratory as well as many Fortune 500 customers such as FedEx, Citibank and Goldman Sachs. We are currently looking to achieve increased top-line and bottom-line growth by hiring an Internet Marketing Manager. The job duties of the Internet Marketing Manager will be to increase awareness of our brand in the Information Security Industry by establishing new marketing channels via organic search, portal/community growth, direct email, PPC campaigns and business relationships with content providers. The Internet Marketing Manager will be responsible for: * Developing a comprehensive online/offline marketing plan with defined goals * Increasing organic search placement in SERPs * Increasing ROI for existing PPC campaigns * Identifying additional PPC campaigns with positive ROI * Building portal and/or community sites for various web properties * Raising awareness of various portal sites * Evaluating/recommending domain name purchases * Establishing direct email campaigns * Monitoring web analytics and reporting to executive management * Managing our offshore link building teams * Extending our existing CRM to increase market awareness * Increasing leads, profits and revenue for the organization as a whole Qualified candidates should posses the following: * BA in marketing or related degree from a 4 year university * Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced business environment where results count * Desire to be compensated based off of quality of work done * Innate preference to work independently * Deep knowledge of all aspects internet marketing * Deep knowledge of marketing theory * Deep knowledge of web technology, graphic design, and various scripting languages HTML, CSS, etc. * Extra consideration will be given to candidates proficient in PHP or other web scripting languages Salary is performance based. I've never really thought that qualifications were very important when hiring for jobs like this at all. I know in our Business I've never requested them. Some of the best marketers I know have never went anywhere near a marketing degree course.
