Hello! I'm planning an Easter campaign for a major client . The idea goes like this: We plan to do an Easter egg hunt online . A limited number of Easter eggs is placed on selected number of large websites (we have a partnership with a large media group which owns the biggest websites in Scandinavia, so legal rights is not a problem ) . Once a user has found and picked up an egg it disappears from that particular place on the website , in other words , each egg is unique. Once the user has found and picked up 3 eggs of the same color , they take part of the content that would consist of different coupons that are then sent to the user's mobile and that he / she can collect in store (physical or online) . What I need help to figure out is: How the user can "pick up" eggs and if it's possible to have unique eggs deployed , meaning that the egg will disappear from the website after it has been picked up. I guess it is necessary to be able to recognize the user's identity in order to know how many eggs the users has gathered . What do you think , do one do this easiest with Facebook connect or are there other ways? Is this technically doable? if it is, I would be very grateful if someone could explain to me the easiest and most cost-effective way to go about and produce this Many thanks in advance/ idea guy.
Do it the way ads work. Paste links that lead to a unique "landing page" and have people submit their Emails or give them a code they can then place on a "home" website. That way you can track all the people who visit and find whoever gets the most points.
