Layout of blog and logo is fantastic.But think so, you didn't work on design part and color schemes.It will be more beautiful if you add some design or images to header and add some cool colors to the background.No idea about footer.It seemes to be the same like the menu bar in top.Thanks.

The blog looks good it's nice and clean and easy to navigate and the content
is great.

 

You can make it looks nicer by add backgrounds, header and icon to logo, ...
You can use two columns layout, one sidebar only instead of two, to make the page shorter and it doesn't leave too much un-used spaces.

 

Looks pretty good and simple, however I would take advantage of that big empty space on your right.

 

Your site is my second site I reviewed today .
Your site have the same problem as the first site I reviewed today .
I think you can make it more colorful .

1. Adding some boxes to the footer instead of the menu

2. Adding some nice icons to social media sites

3. Play around with the background/color schemes
