You can promote it however you like, whether that it through writing articles, email marketing or website. I operate the website and the service but i'm not really an internet marketing expert, so it's an open invitation to anyone interested who thinks they might be able to make some money by promoting my service. My suggestion is for you to set up a website - since you can write, then building a website should not be that difficult for you. When you have a website, you can list your services online with some sample writings that people can look at it. Without any of that, it's difficult to sell.
