Wow, I am scared. Look it seems like you only replied to him when he posted here? Very scary, please tell me, you contacted him prior to him posting after speaking with one of your staff. I am only saying this to make sure I don't get scam if I order. Btw, anyone reading this thread has good experience, excluding IGSOBE staff?

 

For the first guy: This is the first time I have seen the complaint, and I'm unsure of who he is at this time. We still haven't received any account details from him yet either. I would love to help him out, but without contacting us, it makes it a bit harder. The best thing to look at is this: We've been in business for 2 years now, and we own all of our equipment. We're very active on forums, and we always have live chat online for our clients and visitors. There's no way we could be scammers, and still be in business. After all, wouldn't a scammer leave when they make a few bucks?

For noufalz: We've already spoken to him and everything is going well. There was only a little issue during signup, which slowed the process just a bit.

I contact to your seller 2 time over live chat and no info back to me, why ? After that I try to contact many time more but nobody answer me. I give you invoice id already what you need more ?? and if you are good seller you will try to contact me or pm me here but you didn't.
