Internet explorer cannot open the internet site. Operation oported

    My joomla site not open in IE6. Iam getting the error "Internet explorer cannot open the internet site. Operation oported". I tried into libraries/joomla/html/html/behavior.php and I disabled lot of plugins and modules , but iam getting the same error. How to fix this?

    do you have google map code on the page? javascript in the template body ?

    I didnt use google map into homepage. It is into one of my page from sobi2 directory listing. Inner pages are working in ie6 as well.
    If i disable mootools the site is working in ie6. But jomsocial drop down, rokstories slideshow and some modules are not working in all browsers include ie6.

    Ok, mootools is know to have some problems with ie6. It happened to me with some forms because I was using hidden fields... YOu ll have to dig in the code . Can i see the site?

    ok, is it me or it takes long to load ? beside that, can you try without the login form enabled ? I wonder if i would care a lot for ie6...
