    Hi,
I think it will work better and also will create tough competition for other browsers.

Not sure whether that would make any difference. Unless they come up with a newer version that offers blazing speed, IE 9 will be just like any other typical IE editions.

Umm, I don't know. Judging by how well Win7 works, maybe MS might just come out with a good release of IE? Unlikely, but maybe?

That's because you don't develop anything for the internet and don't know the struggles involved with making IE work with anything.

I suggest waiting for at least 1-2 updates before using it since that's a standard msft security issue. Release, wait for flaws, patch. ;)

IE8 really sucks, so let's keep our fingers crossed that they will do better this time around. ;)

I'm an avid user of internet explorer 8 (for an odd reason lol), so i'm hoping that the new version will bring a better experience for me, really I just want it to use less memory

My guess is it was rushed more in order to restore faith in the browser after that recent scare with it being extremely vulnerable

I will never use IE no matter what version is it.
    IE is the worst browser.
Opera and firefox are much more better than IE.

I also don't think much peoples will use IE9 except all those who just use the preinstalled softwares when they buy their PC.

    It would have to be.
Microsoft has already listed some of the "improvements" for IE9. Essentially it brings some areas up to where every other browser was 3 years ago and might add some features all other browsers had 10 years ago. iow, IE9, when it comes out next year, will be not quite as good as today's 5 year old browsers.

Oh happy happy joy joy, another IE train wreck to support in our websites. Forget discontinuing support for IE6, how about we just boycott the entire IE family until MS finally abandon it and give a rebranded Firefox?
