Internet Connection is Working But with errors

    internet connection is working the speed of 20 mpbs, but all the clients are not accessing well and it is showing the error igfxcn86.exe and igfxcb86.exe file has been encountered and anti-virus shows igfxcn86 has infected with a virus. Even I re-install the system but the same problem as im facing. suggest me a permanent solution

    Hi There

    Need more information such as:

    Wired or Wireless Internet
    Does this happen on ONE client or ALL
    Which Anti-Virus / Malware are you using

    Give me as much info as possible then maybe we can find a solution
