    in my opinion Ikobo or Payoneer are great.
    I have both of them.

    Well, isn't that available in any of your local banks??

    In India, I got a International Visa Debit Card just for opening an account !! :)

    Ask the banks which are available in your country !! :)

    Do not the banks in Bangladesh provide internationally valid debit cards? If no, you should try Payoneer cards.

    Ikobo is a Visa Debt Card and Payoneer is a MasterCard.

    I have an international debit card from Indian but still couldn't clear my paypal verification with that.
    I planning to get a payoneer card and would suggest you the same :)

    I am sorry that perhaps my advice is not what you need ,but as informations with perfectmoney you can get your own Visa Virtual credit card for free.this service Visa VCC is there optional cash out options rather then sms payment and evoucher.Visa VCC available to shop online unless for paypal verifications this card is impossible to use it for PP verification
