My traffic is 88% U.S based. I would like to play it safe and keep all international clicks out of YPN. Can anyone recommend anything to limit it?

Use phpAdsnew to geotarget YPN ads.

Make a no-YPN version of your site and use .htacces to redirect non U.S.-based traffic to that version.

Can you tell me how that works. i already installed it but don't know how to fill it in. It says publisher name. Do I put the name of my site there?

if you can use even a free geolocation thing like hostip.info it will be good enough.

It wont be 100% accurate as a commercial geolocation/targetting, but if you can detect say 75% of non-US people, that could increase the percentage of US Traffic upto 95% and beyond

    This will do the trick!

Checking right now and getting YPN ads, while one of my writers, who is located in Mexico, says that is Adsense what he's getting.

Has anyone tried using DMO Global for their International traffic? Would love to hear your feedback.

    Thanks!

Yeah , That is mine - It is a very rough script admittedly (I'm still learning PHP) but it works fine on browsers that people have entered their locale / region on. And it defaults to google if they haven't set up their location on their browser.

It is a lot simpler than using some huge database of IP Addresses or an outside script from another site IMO ;)
Hope it helped give a few of you folks an idea of simpler ways to rotate google adsense / YPN ads.
