International traffic concerns

    Is there any problem showing ads to other countries than U.S.? I have read somewhere and they say we can alternate YPN with Adsense

    Whts the point to restrict ads outside US? You can not restrict non-us people visiting your site.

    because my site doesn't do well with adsense so I'd like to replace it with YPN but still want earn feel bucks from adsense as well.
