International Sellers - How Do You Create Shipping Labels Independently with Non-US Credit Card?

    I want to create shipping labels either through USPS, UPS etc. domestic US carriers for order fulfillment and other personal things but I can't. I tried buying label with USPS using their offered PayPal payment option but this required US based account. UPS are pricier but they also required credit card with US billing address and US based PayPal account. In both cases changing IP address would not help as well.

    Does anyone know of alternative way of accomplishing that? Thanks.

    If they will accept a debit card you could obtain a US one from Payoneer www.payoneer.com/

    I have Payoneer debit card. They do not issue US debit card and tie it with address in a country you live in.
