    the color theme..not match. i dunno why.. when i'm look your website.. i just feel.. no energy, no cheers, looks good for a few minutes..and after that.. bored. how do you think? what's wrong with it...
    maybe you should change your color theme.. to more bright, fresh..like bright green.. and dark wood.. and don't use soft color like these..

    the brick background and other background needs to change - since real estate is a high priced niche, your site needs to be especially clean and professional

    nice site, some spelling mistakes :) would make featured a bit more highlighted. Maybe by adding a subtle yellow star/badge?
