International Publishers (do they withhold part of payments?)

I want to refer my friend who is from Singapore to Azoogleads.

I know Azoogle has offices in Canada and USA but not sure which rules they use when it comes to publisher payments and withholding for the IRS.

I know they require the W8BEN to be filled out but he wants to know if they withhold any of the payment because he is a non-resident from a country that doesnt have a tax-treaty??

Maybe some of you International publishers from Asia can assist. Do they withhold your earnings? If they do, what did you do so you dont have double taxation against you?

    Thanks.

Your best option is to call them or to ask your AM.
I am from The Netherlands and there is no "withhold" on my payments.

Call them and ask. I think it MAY depend on which country you are in. eg. Canada and US have a tax treaty so you don't get taxed twice if you reside in one and earn in the other.
